先週はダウンしてお休み頂きすみませんでした。すっかり復活し張り切ってレッスンしましたーお休みしてしまいその後のレッスンで、誰が来てくれると少し不安でしたが一人幽霊会員を抜かして久しぶりに全員参加してくれました！みんなが揃うとやっぱり楽しいですね！！みなさん前の日のお酒は少しでましたかねーｗあいにくの雨でしたが楽しくレッスンできました！何日が倒れて寝続けた私は体が動くとはなんてうれしい事なんだと実感。健康が幸せですね！来週も楽しく動きましょう。よろしくおねがいします！
